Who Are We?

We are the Bulgarian skateboard company with English accent.
Why Virus? We believe that skateboarding is a virus and once it gets you, stays there forever.Our company was established in 2002. After a long struggle the Bulgarian skate scene needed a home based skateboard company.The people involved in our project have been in the scene since the late 80's and have been taking part of all major skateboarding operations through years and nowadays. During the seven years of our existence, Virus skateboards alongside our other projects (Skatebg.com, Skatebgzine) have organized and supported many events and tours and we can proudly say that we have put Bulgaria in the world map of skateboarding.Kingpin magazine, Trasher, Transworld, Skateboarder, Sugar, Sidewalk are just some of the magazines that we have been hosts to.

Our crew

The Virus project is run and organized by a group of skateboarders with love for skateboarding.
We are:
Alex Mihaylov – from making the coffee to signing the final deal
Ivaylo Pavlov – art direction and stress development
Victoria Antonova – marketing management, peacemaker and logistics operator
Fibbi – the office kitten
Martin Chichov - long time photographic archivist
Mihail Novakov - not so long time but long enough photography master
Sandomax Aka Alex Mihaylov – filming, driving and team managing
